Thrilled with my floors! Great American Floors was great to work with; from choosing my floors to getting them installed. My floors were complete much sooner then promised and they look great! The install team was friendly and efficient.
Refinish Hardwood Floors We interviewed 3 contractors to redue our hardwood floors after living in our house for 12 years. We choose Great American Floors because they had the "dustless" system, and because one of our neighbors liked their service when they used them. I have to say that the team of four guys who worked on our floors did an excellent job. They are true craftsman who sanded our floors 3 times, stained and then applied 3 coats of sealer. what a company! This company provides outstanding customer support; notice the word support because they have been there for me and my family through the entire process. They gave great advice on the selection of carpet and tiles to purchace that fit my style and budget. They walked us thru the installation process and I cannot say how wonderful our floors look! Highly Recommend this company!
The Best I'm not big on writing reviews, but I just had to say how pleased I am with Great American Floors. I was very nervous about having my hardwood floors refinished. I called several different companies, but only Great American Floors made me feel comfortable. They guided me through the process step by step and were always there to answer all my questions. I am so pleased with the work they did in my home. I can't wait to have them replace the carpet next month!!!

Great Work and Customer Service! I hired Great American Floors to replace one floor of hard woods, and install one floor and staircase with carpeting. The entire experience was wonderful. From Jason bringing samples for my client and me to choose from, to the crew being punctual, hard working, and incredibly polite, we could not have asked for a better job to have been done. Great product & great service This is now the 2nd time we've used GAF and again had a wonderful experience. They installed bamboo flooring in a kitchen, rubber flooring in a gym and carpet in a playroom. Everything is gorgeous! The installers arrived on time, were pleasant to have in the house, did a great job and cleaned up when they were finished. Can't get better than that!
