BIG Mistake My experience was VERY different from the previous reviews. The only positive thing was that Jason was on time for the estimate. Great American Floors was replacing tile and carpet with hardwoods. I went with them because I know very little about flooring and wanted the job done well. I felt it was worth paying a premium in order not to have a hassle. Boy was I wrong! Find someone else We had our hardwood floors refinished by this company. There have been multiple problems with the quality of work they did. They have tried to fix the problems, but created more in the process. When trying to deal with them to resolve our issues, they have been very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another company!
