Met with D*** ** from the KC sales office yesterday, he did an outstanding job explaining the patio enclosure we were interested in purchasing and he was also extremely thorough and detailed when it came to completing the statement of work. I was also very impressed we received a follow up call from ****from the Dallas office (this morning) letting us know she would be available to assist us throughout the project. I lucked out with the Design Consultant who was selected to meet with me. He was knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and later, forwarded supportive documentation and pictures per my request. The meeting was actually surprisingly fun and went quickly.
