This review is for the Boston, MA branch. We recently enclosed a screen porch and updated a small deck from wood to composite. It was a large project because the wood on both porch and deck was rotted and needed to be completely ripped out and re-built. ****, our salesman spent several hours with us to get what we wanted, not to mention a few adjustments along the way. ***came out to do all the measuring. This team has the best customer service and outstanding quality of any patio enclosure that I have run across. Josh Thompson did a great job on covering all options for my screened in patio, explaining the process and even followed up after it was completed to insure I was happy. This is first rate customer service folks from start to finish. I also have to give a shout-out to the installers, ****an* *****. I had water sitting in my yard after a big rain. When ****and ***. came to fix the problem, they found it was more complicated than they thought. Instead of giving up or doing a minor fix, they studied the problem together. I heard them saying if they did it this way what could happen, or if they did it that way, it wouldn’t work. They really took time to determine how my issue could be fixed. And their work was so neat and done so professionally. My yard was clean when they left. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our initial consultation with **** ******** was what sold us on their product. He was very patient and took his time to give us all the options to fit into our budget. Jorge and the whole construction crew was great. They were out working during the terrible winter weather we had this year with over 2 feet of snow on the ground and then the brutal cold temps. We could not be happier with the finished product and it more then met our expectations.

Met with D*** ** from the KC sales office yesterday, he did an outstanding job explaining the patio enclosure we were interested in purchasing and he was also extremely thorough and detailed when it came to completing the statement of work. I was also very impressed we received a follow up call from ****from the Dallas office (this morning) letting us know she would be available to assist us throughout the project.
