This was the most unpleasant experience of my life. I had never encountered such unprofessional behavior from front desk staff before. A trainee attempting to take an X-ray of my mother, along with the doctor, applied excessive pressure to her gums, causing severe pain. The X-ray process dragged on for nearly an hour. First off, this place is awesome! I have a "legendary healthy" fear of the dentist.. Like whoa fear! I needed some major work to get my smile back. The staff at Great Expression did a great job of relaxing me by explaining the process, asking of I was comfortable all the things you need if you are uncomfortable or just plain fearful of the dental experience. Great Expression takes care of their patients! So don't let a good smile go to waste and go see these folks!
I have been coming to Great Expressions Dental Centers on Red Bud for a year now. The Doctor and staff are always friendly and professional. The staff really take time to explain the things you need to maintain the up keep of your teeth and smile. Keep up the great work!!
