I brought my son for a rioutine cleaning and it was a big mistake . The place was filthy and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I cannot stress enough how bad this dentist office is. I hope enough people take the time to report this , hopefully forcing change for the better

Do not recommend. Cant handle a simple prescription. Seems like entire staff is inexperienced
Awful. Worse than a car shop. They find everything wrong with you, then refuse service if you dont want their upselling. Horrible front desk staff. They even yelled my dental problems loudly to the whole front lobby, hippa violation? Do not recommend.

They really messed me up. Still suffering from the mess they made
Unprofessional and unorganized. I was called on numerous occasions because I set an appointment for my children in ******, **. And I had been to Great Expressions before with the same insurance months prior. And we were just trying to verify my kids information. She stated she called Humana and the insurance was not through Humana. Which you new bc once you run the insurance it will tell you exactly who the dental insurance is.
