This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist office I have ever been to and I will NEVER return! My appointment was for 8 am for an exam and my root canal appointment, I was at the dentist's office from 7:45 am until 6 pm as the Dental assistant was instructed by the doctor to construct individual crowns and a temporary bridge. Have been unable to reach anyone regarding a retainer replacement using the plan that I paid for when I was still an existing patient. Since January, I've called both the general practice side as well as the ortho side. No one ever answers and no one returns voicemails. When I was still being seen regularly, it was difficult to reach anyone, but now it's impossible. I went to the oral surgeon ******************** and he treated me awful and disrespectful. I explained I could go before because of financial reasons and his answer was ******** I was in shocked and he went on. The staff is incompetent and rude. The office and equipment is dirty and the staffs attitudes are toxic. If you value your health even in the slightest, avoid this dental practice. Nothing is better than this place.

I established an agreement with ******* after being temporarily off on medical; that I would make at least the minimum payment for my sons ortho visit before each appointment is scheduled. I did just that. Somehow, I spoke to ****, who prides himself on acknowledging he's the head office assistance, that I had to pay my entire balance in full before my son is seen. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL dentist office I have ever been to and will NEVER come back! My daughters cleaning was rescheduled 3 times to no fault of my own by the office. Just horrible. The Hygienist was great in every way. The Dentist was not. She spoke over me, not allowing me to say a word. Needless to say, I felt uncredited for and unheard. The Receptionist said that she returns call ASAP, as I asked her about how she handles her job.
