We called. They came shortly thereafter. They were thorough and didn't make unnecessary suggestions to increase their services or fees. <br />

Josh was very helpful over the phone in diagnosing and proposing a sound plan to take care of our rat and mice infestation. He provided us with a detailed plan of attack. Service was performed as scheduled. holes were plugged in our basement, and 3 floors of our apartments. They even caught one during service on the 3rd floor. Overall, these guys were great...super responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy. One of my tenants was concerned he had bedbugs or fleas. I called Green Pest and spoke to Kery. I explained the situation and he offered me the option of sending a photo of the insect so I could forgo the inspection and thus the fee. While I definitely appreciated and considered the offer, I ended up getting the inspection. Better safe than sorry. We set up an appointment for the inspection and got an appt time for the next day. For once a service company that provides top notch service. The technician was punctual friendly willing to lift a heavy stove without complaint and did the job in a thorough and expeditious manner. <br /> <br />
