Was semi helpful not great, told me the imaging center was open till 10:00 pm but actually closed at 5:30 pm. I had to call the facility myself to confirm actual closing time they would not call on my behalf.

The texting makes it very impersonal. You miss a lot of details Bc of it. I’m ok with communicating over text, but I had pertinent information and felt uncomfortable texting it. Also, I had more than one rep that I texted with. 1) Stephanie 2) Jazmin 3) Vanessa. I didn’t feel confident that Vanessa (nothing against Vanessa) knew that I provided other information to rep 1) and/or 2). Especially when I called and was asked questions that I was later asked in a text.

Customer service (Yadira) was fantastic, but I did not get the procedure I was told I would get, the one I needed. I drove over an hour because I was told the location was the only one who I could have it done, so not getting it done was disappointing.
