If at all possible, stay away from this dealership! The salesmen will flock to you in the beginning, but write you off if you don’t buy a car immediately. Crown Acura is a very shady company. Dec of 2013 my mother bought a brand new Acura RDX with extended warranty and the plan that services the car. The salesman told her at least 4 times (I was there) that all services including oil changes would be covered for the full 8 years. In addition to this she also got the paint protection plan. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM THAT HAS THE BLUETOOTH FEATURE! There is a class action suit against Acura regarding this feature and the fact that in many cars, it runs continually, causing a drain on the battery! I purchased a BRAND NEW 2010 TSX and every two years like clockwork (for the first four) the battery died! Each time, the dealership gave me a new battery. Bought a car from here and within the first week had different notifications come up. Within a few weeks discovered it needed a catalytic converter and oil pressure sensor. However when I dropped it off they had to fix that as well as wheel bearings, speed sensor and a few other things. I believe the car wasn't evaluated properly before sale and they sale them AS IS and make YOU pay for a warranty!!!! Awful experience!!! The Salesman Todd Evans was certainly not interesting in selling me a car. I took my business to another dealer and I am on my way out of the door. My experience was horrible for someone who was in the market and already got pre-approved to finance a vehicle. I would not recommend anyone here.
The salesman that was supposed to be helping me was condescending and rude! Acura is not that upscale.
