It sat there for 3 weeks and the did nothing, knowing that I have 5 kids and my husband was going to Basic Training for the National Guard. We spent a lot of time on the phone with a guy named Adam who seemed nice, and yet nothing EVER got done. It had to be towed to another location. They even let it be picked up and towed by Impex without letting me know it was going to happen. I will never take my car back to them and I am sure to tell many people how bad the experience was.

We're from out of state. A deposit was made on a car to hold it from Friday until Monday when we could get there. We were told the car would be gassed up, clean and just paperwork would need to be signed so it wouldn't take long to complete the transaction. When we arrived Monday there was a huge crack that covered 3/4 of the front windshield. They gave us paperwork saying they'll cover the cost to get it repaired. It's been over 2 weeks & it's not fixed yet. No one has returned any of my calls

My appointment was for 10:45am and I didn't leave until well after 3pm. Then they tried to charge me for a tire rotation that I didn't ask for...and to add insult to injury..when I finally got my car I saw that they hadn't even rotated my tires! This was one of the worse experiences I've ever had at Dodge.

Arrived at the appointed time for an oil change. I was told they were behind schedule. It took one hour and 45 minutes. The car was ready but no one was notified. The associate did not charge me.

I asked for my visor to be fixed in my 2020 Jeep Gladiator and without asking me -whatever they did cost me $300!!!! Passenger side visor probably just need to be popped in and thats what I was charged without asking me!!! Very upset customer

Working with Aaron Fass (service agent) was an outstanding experience and if it was just about him the rating would be 5 stars. I'm focusing on the repair job however and if I could rate lower than 1 star I would. In short, I had a water pump leak (extremely minor leak that started to gradually get worse) so I got the dealership to repair. It came back leaking 10 times worse and they charged $900 (outrageous). Simply put, it was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealer. This dealer had my vehicle for over eight hours. Their response was no more than what I pointed out in the beginning. I was told they had only ONE service tech able to diagnose a steering issue, and he "might have left early," never looking at my vehicle. I was told it would definitely be looked at if I was able to bring it in around 6:30 a.m. I left and didn't look back. The service manager should be fired immediately.
