Lower radiator hose replaced but Jeep still leaking coolant. Incomplete job
They touched me when I took my Jeep in to get serviced
Positives: Friendly, and courteous staff. Very clean and organized atmosphere inside the dealership. Lifetime powertrain warranty on most of the cars they sell ( supposedly for free, not really, see below ). Negatives: Misleading website data, I went in to purchase a listed as new vehicle that was listed as having 10 miles on the odometer, only to be told it had over 9k miles at inspection. We took the vehicle for a second opinion and found that there was nothing wrong with the air compressor or anything leaking?
Poor communication, misinformation, and unprofessional service I took my car to this dealership on 10/3/2025 for diagnostic testing on the suspension system, A/C, and a water leak from the sunroof. When I arrived around 7:45 a.m., I wasn't greeted. There were two service advisors, and the one I was in line to speak with had to ask another, Ryder, to assist because of the long line. I thought I would get the best service by taking my vehicle back to the dealership, but after a month I noticed that they hadn't done anything to my vehicle. I immediately had vehicle towed, and fixed at another facility. I had a very bad experience with that dealership, and I would not advise this place to any of my friends/family.
Terrible. No commutation and took way too long!
Horrible dealership... After calling for the 5th time I was transferred to a whole different dealership. I called the same number back that transferred me and confirmed the name of the dealership I needed; however, the person answering the phone said "You called us" as he and other people proceeded to laugh. He transferred me again to the correct person and I left a voicemail. Over the last 3 weeks, I've sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail without a reply.
I took my vehicle for an issue. We had an appointment on Monday, struggled to reach anyone and wasn't hearing back from the service advisor. They don't pick up the phone at all. By Friday at 4:30pm our vehicle still hadn't been touched by the service department so we picked it up. Terrible communication and it's useless to have an appointment here.
