I took my car in because of the check engine light and it reading gas cap the manager was gray in the process when I picked my car up It was fine while driving it home check engine all over again and now my music wont play its reading HDD
I purchased the oil change and tire rotation a few years ago when my vehicle was new. Despite this, the dealer has tried to charge me for these services multiple times.
Brought van in for recall, had first appointment, was told was gonna be hour. No calls with updates. I kept calling to see no answer, kept leaving messages. Finally at 4pm I got a call back saying will be done by 530. Horrible customer service
The worst customer care and manager in the service department. They had my car for over 48hrs after it was left there by a tow truck company and keys were put in their hand without letting me know the diagnosis. They wouldnt answer my call or return calls after leaving several voicemails. Finally day three I spoke to a manager (Jerry) who needs more training only to find out that my car needed an engine. They never have loaner car's. Services employee's are great but I cant say the same for Management.
Over 3 hours for a simple 10,000 mile service! No updates at all! I had to walk back to service and ask when my car would be ready! It was and who knows how long they would have taken to let me now! Very bad first experience! Thank God its a lease and the car is getting returned in December!
The initial purchasing process was lovely, however being able to obtain my license plate has been a nightmare. I had TWO 30 day tags. I bought my Jeep in the first week of January. My SECOND thirty day tag has now been expired for over a week and I still do not have a plate. I contacted and left multiple messages with the dealership and have yet to get a response. Very disappointing.
