I took my vehicle in to check the battery (a Nissan battery). Along with an oil change and recommendation on the blinking airbag light. The vehicle had experienced a dead battery about 5 days before this and was jumped off. I could not find the date on the battery but it did say 24 month free replacement and 84 month warranty- like I said it was a Nissan battery. They said it tested fine. Staff is kind. Unfortunately they kept putting off working on my truck. It was in several times for the same concern. They had my truck in the shop for over 100days in the last 6 months. I ended up loosing faith in the dealer. I took it to another dealer and they corrected my concerns in 4 days.

Car is leaking oil after oil was changed. Either the cap is not lightened properly or gasket a problem. Need to bring back for service to fix. This is the 2 nd or third time this has happened

My problem was resolved, but shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-5 on Friday, Nov. 1 and drove it home. The very next day I heard a "thump-thump" which sounded like wheel bearings. I took it in on Monday and Lee agreed it was wheel bearings. The car had only 12,777 miles on it. I asked if it had been in a wreck and the salesman said, "no." But, It had had a "minor" accident. What are chances of that showing up exactly when I took it home.
