Did not need everything that said I did
My car wasn't serviced, the dealership messed me over!
6 months of having issues and several wrong diagnostics from the people here. won't ever go back and honestly consider this the worst service dealership.
Somebody from Greensboro Nissan needs to call me about the slack service I got.
Terrible customer service.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change and rotate on my rogue. Was there for over an hour and a half. They didn't put back on a valve stem cap and who knows what else they forgot to do. Just a terrible experience. The advisor could care less when I mentioned my concern on taking too long. Bad customer service and bad experience along with untrustworthy work done. Sad that this happened at a dealership.
Mileage reported incorrect. The correct mileage was 76,300.
Servuce nit as fruendly as it used to be
They suggested for me to have my spark plugs changed. I agreed to it and waited to find out about a hour later they DID NOT have the spark plugs for my car!
