I wouldhave given it 5 stars, but I complained of a popping noise in my sunroof when the car is wet and I was informed they did not hear anything. They did not ask me to ride with them and I am not even for sure if they even drove the car. I let the service rep hear the video of the noise. This is the 2nd time I have complained and of course they tell me they do not hear anything. I don't think they truly did their due diligence to find the problem.
