Paid for a tire rotation and it was NOT done. (Easy to see, one of my tires is not the same as the other 3).
I took my truck in to iit checked. I was promised a call the next morning on the status. I was never called, so I called them. My truck was not to be found in the system anywhere. The reason way was that I was not checked in when I went. As, the service advisor was very unfriendly and did not communicate well.
Terrible service. All of the lug nuts on my Titan fell off the next day which resulted in a broken wheel stem. The oil pan covering was missing a screw and the other one was loose. My issue is still not resolved. I am a Disabled Veteran and I haven't heard from the GM on any compensation from missing my trips. Buy your Nissan from another Dealer or purchase another model which has great customer service.
They didn't take care of the problem they only patched it. My battery was dead and all they did was charge it. 4 days later I had to buy a new one. It's problem a good thing because you wanted to charge me $400.00 to replace the old one. I bought a new one for $150.00. That and the tow charge of $100.00 cost less than your BATTERY.
This was a rarity but a couple disappointing things. They forgot to reset my oil change reminder so now I'm going to deal with that for months. Also, I had just gotten my car cleaned and detailed 3 days before. Debris all over the driver and passenger floors that I had to clean a second time. Car is fine but just some annoying stuff.
They left the engine part open
Wanted to charge me for a part I didnt need. Only service required was recalibration .
Greensboro Nissan gets a -10 star from me. I have been coming to this location for years, but this last experience has pushed me to cut ties with Greensboro Nissan. I have taken my business to another Nissan dealer VANN YORK NISSAN in High Point, North Carolina who took care of me in a matter of a few days, whereas Greensboro Nissan had been giving me the run around for nearly a month. I give VANN YORK NISSAN in High Point, North Carolina a 5 Plus Star Rating.
they are lucky I cannot leave zero stars. The service department is terrible, especially David. they had my car for 2 days, said everything was fixed and $375 later, car was not fixed. I took it back in for further diagnostics and 4 days later, nothing. I called for 2 hours straight and no one answered, and yes they were still open. They would pick the phone up and hang up, guess they saw the caller Id. This place is pathetic. Assumimg the manager is as well.
