Ridiculous that they charged $200 for an engine light diagnosis.
Too much to type. But basically, Mike insisted on trying to sell me tires I didn't need after I just bought tires from them three months ago. The audacity was almost impressive.
They fixed my battery but they didn't listen to what I wanted fixed and it was under warranty. But since it was not written that way on their paperwork they didn't check it. Not happy with my last service appointment.
They took 2hrs and 15mins to change oil and rotate tires. Truck was missing a lug nut and was going to charge me for another one. I thought that was ridiculous especially making me wait so long for the service which was suppose to be around a hour wait. Not happy at all with them .
Vehicle was not properly repaired the first time and apparently not fixed the second time either. Still have the same issue of jerking while at idle and struggling when trying to pick up speed
They wanted $4000. to repair the air conditioning. Could not afford that.
My insurance was good for the first time I took the truck to be fixed. Cost us over 2,000. The next time I had was under warranty. The 3rd time we took it to be repaired, was the same reason, as the first visit.Guess what, now insurance would not cover it. If they have fixed it the first time under warranty everything would have been fine. Now I am stuck with truck that needed to be fixed the first time.
Went in at 7am for oil change and apparently the tech forgot to enter me into the system and it was after 10am before they had my car ready ,RIDICULOUS and then tried to act like he was giving me a good discount for my long wait,I had a 39.99 coupon I had given him already so you did me no favor
My Nissan has been in the shop, at Nissan, has been in the shop twice, and still has the problem is not solved. The problem is worse than the last last time I took. It will need to be towed this time, and I think Nissan should have to pay for towing. Is is so bad I can't drive it to Greensboro, for them to try an fix it a 3rd time.
