Greg and his team at Guaranteed Rate were wonderful. Worked hard for us thru a challenging escrow, got us the best rate in the end, and was super responsive throughout. Greg is the reason I finally managed to get a house, he got me a loan more than I thought was possible with a minimum interest rate! He was always kept me up to date and finished everything and did the closing one day earlier than he it was supposed to. I’m really glad that I worked with Greg, highly recommend.
