Greg and his team were very easy to work with, efficient and timely. Greg was very helpful as well and always available to speak with over the phone. I was introduced to the Unison program which provided me extra flexibility and options when looking for my home. I am was very satisfied with team. I was also very pleased with the Unison program and would suggest it as an option for others looking for down payment aternatives.

Greg was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the loan process and kept me updated throughout. He made sure to always be available for any questions/concerns that I had and it never felt like I was burdening him by asking so many questions... The best thing about working with Greg is that he has been in the business for a long time and knows a TON of people. Greg was extremely on top of getting our loan taken care of a funded by closing date, he went above and beyond to help us get an offer accepted. He worked really well with our real estate agent and everyone else involved in the process. Greg was able to answer any and every question we had regarding the home buying/lending process. Greg and his team helped me with my mortgage on my first house. Being new to the process, Greg was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything and keeping me in the loop in its entirety. Greg works quickly when you need him along with his team, especially Cassandra Hundley she is one of the best to work with I just can't say enough everything went very smoothly. Greg and his team worked diligently in funding our loan. Debt and credit scores were factors, among other negative aspects, which made it a difficult process. We really wanted this house and we weren't sure if we were going to close escrow up until the day it actually closed. There were several minor setbacks and, although frustrating at times, Greg's team was able to move us along through the process and in the end, our credit scores were lifted and the debt was paid.
