We got in touch with Greg when we had to cross-qualify for a loan. We had to put our documents together at the last minute and Greg and his assistant were very helpful and explained the process clearly. When Greg put a presentation together for us that beat the offer of our original lender. He and his team have been great with us and helped us to successfully close on our house. We would recommend him to our friends.

Unlike the other two lenders i contacted, Greg actually did his job, provided more information than i needed (other two lenders did not even provide what i asked for), and made no mistakes on the paperwork/documentation (which is extremely important when dealing with money).
