My house needed repairs very badly. I needed a loan to help. But I am retired so my financial picture is not especially pretty. I called Greg Wickstrand at Guaranteed Rate in San Diego. But to be honest, I was not overly optimistic about my chances. To my huge surprise, Greg was able to make things happen. He is smart, and approachable, and so is his staff. Now my house is beginning to look like it should. I hope anyone reading this would consider Greg for their lending needs.

It is impossible to find a more knowledgeable, capable and helpful broker than, Greg! My husband and I were in great hands from start to finish. Greg and the title company and the notary he worked with were great. Very responsive. The whole application and title review processes were done online and notary came to our home to sign documents

He is knowledgeable of the refinancing process, very responsible in keeping us informed of progress of loan application, and very pleasant to work with.
