Greg and his team helped me with my mortgage on my first house. Being new to the process, Greg was extremely helpful and patient explaining everything and keeping me in the loop in its entirety. Greg works quickly when you need him along with his team, especially Cassandra Hundley she is one of the best to work with I just can't say enough everything went very smoothly. Greg and his team worked diligently in funding our loan. Debt and credit scores were factors, among other negative aspects, which made it a difficult process. We really wanted this house and we weren't sure if we were going to close escrow up until the day it actually closed. There were several minor setbacks and, although frustrating at times, Greg's team was able to move us along through the process and in the end, our credit scores were lifted and the debt was paid. I can’t recommend someone more highly. I have worked with quite a few lenders though different transactions but Greg far exceed my expectations. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable.
