A true guru in his field. I acquired my original mortgage and my refinance through Greg. I would recommend him to my mother, which is actually what I did. Greg knows how to navigate the more difficult issues in the lending business and was able to secure a loan on a building that all other lenders I shopped around said couldn't be approved.

Having worked with other brokers in the past, it was refreshing to deal with Greg for many reasons. He never put pressure on me to close or catch a good rate before losing it. He have sound advise behind just my mortgage. As a small business owner, he recommended to my husband and I options or alternatives for a construction loan which I am pleased to find out are the most effective options according to the research I have done since closing my mortgage. I am very grateful to have been referred to Greg.

Greg was introduce to me by my son who had been his client before.I found him very pleasant person, easy to work with, concern about client's need and knowledgeable in his profession. He listened carefully and responded thoroughly. He would point out those aspects of the process which he thought were not attractive. He successfully managed to get me a desirable loan package. Also, he was often accessible after hours.

Greg's service was second to none. He kept us appraised of every step of the loan process and was ahead of every problem that surfaced to complete a very complicated loan (complicated on our part, Greg did a flawless job of making what would have been a rocky loan very smooth!). To be honest, I have re-fied my home at least 5 times (maybe moreover 30 years) and working with Greg and his staff was not only the easiest but the quickest too, less than 30 days. I had been hearing horror stories about refinancing homes in the last couple of years so I put it off because of those stories.
