Greg and his team really made the loan approval process easy. This was my first home-purchase and I had heard that the paperwork process was extremely daunting. With Greg, this was not the case. I had outright (underwriter) approval within the first week of enlisting a realtor. My realtor was adamant about using Greg and she was exactly right. Greg was top-notch in handling a complex financing transaction for the purchase of our home. He provided us multiple loan options, devised a "Plan B" to address various contingencies in our transaction in the event we encountered any issues, and was always available to answer questions. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and has a keen eye for attention to detail. I think what sets Greg apart is that he anticipates next steps well. As a result, my loan pre-approval and qualifications proceeded more smoothly with fewer delays than expected. I had no intention of purchasing a home back in the summer of 2013. Greg was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My refi was sticky and somewhat difficult, but Greg worked through it with ease. i also liked his associates; they were all helpful, nice and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a friendly assist with a complicated subject

Last year my wife and I purchased a home and Greg Wickstrand walked us through the loan process. We had a million questions and he answered them all, including many repeats. Early in the escrow process we backed out of the purchase and loan. Greg spent quite a bit more time cordially helping us out the purchase and dealing with the stress and embarrassment that accompanied the process.
