I was referred to Greg by a friend. I've purchased and refinanced several homes, and working with Greg was by far the best experience. He was always quick to respond, professional, patient, and I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. I have already resumed talking to Greg about another investment, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Greg Wickstrand and Greenpath Funding were extremely helpful in getting my mortgage approved and funded in a very timely manner. The rates and terms were very competitive when compared to several credit unions. Greg also took the time to thoroughly explain the multiple options with points and interest rates to my benefit. They were very organized in getting all the necessary documents, flexible in delaing with my move during the escrow period, and wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Greg and his team!

Greg was very personable and professional. He was always on top of things with my loan, even my realtor commented how great he was. This is my third time around with Greg obtaining a loan and each time he was able to get me a great interest rate for me. He always checks on me, which I really appreciate and will continue to do business with him in the future.

Greg was my go to choice for my first home purchase as my immediate family has had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experiences with him. He was incredibly knowledgable about the process of financing my home, walked me carefully through all the best options, and made certain the financing end of the purchase was the least stressful part. I'll be using him with future home purchases for sure!

Greg is fantastic! He helped us every step of the way as we purchased our first home. We started the process with a different loan officer but needed to get cross-qualified by Greg for the home we wanted. It was an easy decision to finish the process with Greg instead due to his responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to work toward getting us the best loan possible.

Greg held our hand and was there for us 100% during a very complicated relocation from the suburbs to downtown San Diego. Not only did he refinance our suburban home to obtain the downpayment for our city condo, but he was the only broker we could find that could handle the complicated process of mortgage funding for a property in litigation. Greg Wickstrand and his team are professional, friendly and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the loan process, which was foreign to us. Greg offered the best rates and service for our mortgage. He was extremely attentive and very helpful, as well as highly organized. If he wasn't immediately available, then his assistant was, who was excellent as well.
