I was referred to Greta through my realtor to begin the process of financing our home. I could not be more pleased with her service. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process from pre-approval to closing. She is a very genuine and caring person as well. Greta did what another lender said they could not do! I was originally prequalified with another lender for a USDA loan and then they told me after I signed my application it was not an option. I was told by a friend to get a second opinion from Greta and I'm extremely glad I did!! Not only was Greta the nicest person I've worked with, she got me the USDA loan I originally wanted...
