Let me start by saying that Greta is the person you want work with to get a mortgage! She goes over and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I can't recall how many times I've emailed her with questions, and she always replied back immediately. Greta is very friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. We met Greta when we were looking for a mortgage and our usual bank was not being very responsive. Greta answers calls right away and if she needs to return your call, she does it extremely quickly. She was very easy to reach and she spent a long time explaining things that were unclear to us. Yes, there were a lot of papers to sign electronically but she made the process as smooth as possible. Greta has worked with my husband & myself to make the purchase of our first home possible! She has been extremely responsive & has taken the time to explain everything seeing as we were 1st time buyers. She had extreme patience with us! Greta handled our mortgage loan with the utmost efficiency. She was professional and courteous and returned all phone calls and emails within a short period of time. She also took the time to answer all our questions and concerns, making sure we were comfortable with the entire process. Greta helped my husband & I walk through the mortgage process on our home very quickly even through the holiday season and moving several hours away.
