Greta was great to deal with. It was wonderful having someone local who was so responsive to our needs, unlike some of the other options we looked at. She walked us through every possible scenario until we were comfortable and had the right product.
I was purchasing my first home so I had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. Greta was able to answer everything for me. She was very quick to respond back to me and we worked mostly through email back and forth, due to my work schedule and not being able to be on the phone all day. She was very helpful and explained everything in a sense that I would completely understand as a first time homebuyer and someone who did not know any part of the home buying process.
Highly recommend Greta! She was very persistent with making a deal happen, even when the previous lender was, at times, less than helpful. When Plan A fell through because of the previous lender's structure, she quickly worked out a Plan B. She is also extraordinarily responsive!
