Although Greta is stationed in the Harrisburg area, we used her in the Philadelphia area and we've already recommended her to friends! Not only was the loan origination fee way cheaper, but Greta was super sweet, responsive, and helpful! She was available any time we needed her and always had the answers we were looking for. Greta even drove down to the Philly area to attend closing with us and was awesome!

Greta is amazing and knows her stuff! She is willing to take your calls and answer emails at anytime of day. Being a first time home buyer, I had many questions and she didn't make me feel awkward in asking the simplest questions. There are a lot of steps to take, information to collect and provide, options to consider, and timelines that need to be met when going through the process of purchasing a new home. Greta was fantastic for us. We had a rough road with an appraisal that didn't go our way and waited a full 6 months to go through the process again which was successful. She fought for us the entire way. Very responsive, very professional and just an overall very pleasant person to work with.
