Well Roof inspection
Checking gutters was good, checking roof was good. Took pictures on ipad to illustrate. Was told that I needed flashing repair and someone would call me with estimate. I never received a call. Except for not receiving a phone call, which is the reason I rated responsiveness a "C", service was good. Clean gutters, check roof for condition.
They worked out fine and are good people. I have not had any problems and they were honest. The work was not necessary, which was cool. They were very nice and straightforward. I have no complaints whatsoever. The price was fine. The work was quick and efficient. I will probably be using them again quite shortly. I had them give me on an estimate on fixing my porch while they were here. Gridiron Guys checked the roof to see if it needed work or repairs and did a whole house gutter cleaning.
They were great, found small shingle that had popped off and completed the repair as well as sunk any nails that were sticking up. They also added some nails to the ridge vent that was loose and resealed the vent pipe. Great value for the service provided, very professional and prompt, would highly recommend. Gave us a roof inspection and cleaned the gutters.

They arrived on time and completed the work and estimate within one and one half hours. Gave a competative quote and how the work would be done. Clean all gutters and flush all down spouts, with roof inspection and quote on replacement.
Very prompt, professional. Contacted me right away by email and showed up as promised. He took pictures of needed chimney repairs and gave written estimate as well as followed up with email but did not pressure us. Cleaned gutters and inspected roof.
What can I say ? They came, they worked, I was satisfied. cleaned gutters replaced 3tab shingle installed 4 soil stack covers on four pipes sanded and painted chimney chase cover and recaulked caulked exposed nails on roof as well as cracked cap
