We arrived five minutes before our reservation. We were seated right away. Our waitress’s name was Heather. She seemed annoyed that she had to work. We ordered mt. Dew to drink, I had the chicken strip dinner and my husband had a bacon hamburger with onion rings. Once we finally got our food, she didn’t come to check to see if we needed anything. It was horrible service! We needed refills and I could have used more sauce.

I ordered the Taco Salad with Chipolata chicken with chips. Taco Salad romaine lettuce, chipotle ranch dressing, Monterey Jack cheese, black bean corn salsa, tomato, salsa, sour cream, tortilla chips, choice of chipotle chicken or seasoned ground beef (not available in half size) $12.99 It states "not available in half size" if what I was given was full size half size would have been the size of an English muffin. Air conditioning was very poor or not even functioning. I formerly ate there 3 - 4 times, sometimes more, per week. Sadly, each subsequent visit now is worse than the prior. Grindstone seemingly constantly is rising prices, cancelation of mug club, has degrading food quality and portions, and a failing ambiance. You don't even have the company of "regulars" anymore. Yet, other restraunts seem to flourish with consistent prices and menu offerings. Other restraunt price increases in the area seem very minor compared to Grindst... read more

My steak was under cooked then got another steak and it was under cooked,however the staff was polite kept our drinks full and comped me for my steak dinner

We made a reservation a week ahead of time for 10 people they had lost the reservation so we waited about 30 minutes until a table space was available to see 10 people. Service was decent food was just OK. I would probably not go back again nor recommend

Food was disappointing, temperature was cool versus hot. Because of this fish and fries were “soggy”. Service was ok. Didn’t complain, waiter may have fixed it. Will probably not go back.

staff completely unprepared for holiday (Valentines Day). I had early reservation but no table ready and was seated in crappy area right by the kitchen where staff stopped to congregate with their butts in our faces. Food was okay, server was all right, experience was poor. I did respond to company's email and was promised comp cards in the mail.

I tried the ribs and chicken combo, ribs where boilled to hell... nasty with BBQ slathered on top. The chicken looked like they opened a can of mushrooms dumped it on and covered it with cheese... my dinner buddy had the fish... DONT BOTHER! Dry nasty. They need to step up the game at this location. I dont see it lasting much longer as not only was the food sub par but the yard and bushes around the place need help. Should have left at that sign! I am disappointed in this place
