We typically eat here with no issues . We understand staffing is an issue everywhere . We are usually very understanding. We had a reservation. After waiting 15 min , we sat and ordered. The food took 1 hour and 20 min to get an order of wings , 2 half salads, and a sandwich with fries . The salads chicken was cold . The wings were half the size of what we normally get and the waitress told us the product was different as they couldn’t get the same product in . They could not honor the reservation.
Soup was cold steak was over cooked mashed potatoes was like the same from the soup tinder-lone was salty and potatoes was the same as the others fish was over cooked and very hard other food was good and the appetizer was ok but not it’s best like before the drink was watered down then my to-go order was already cold when it made it to the table it was a very bad dinner for my family
Service was horrible and did not appreciate it. Waitress spend more time talking in bar area with co workers and a group. Drinks took a long time food was fast and good but service was horrible
Had to wait 30 min past reservation time for a seat. They had 3 people running seating including the manager and all were doing it a different way. Wouldn't bother using the app with this restaurant.
we usually enjoy this restaurant - complete disappointment our last two visits. The green beans were so overcooked and mushy, they could not be eaten. The meatloaf was average and mashed potatoes very bland. My chicken stir-fry was not "stir fried". the vegetables were not cooked, and tasted as if they were simply thrown on top. We will not be back for awhile.

I reserved a table at 5:55 for 6:30. I arrived at 6:25 and was told there were no tables available for 45 minutes. Hostess had know knowledge of reservation process. I left and went to another restaurant.
Food is great. Service was not up to par compared to previous visits.
Server was horrible. Reservation was at 7. Still no drinks at 7:35. Salads before appetizers. No silverware. No drink refills. Would not recommend
