We love our local Grindstone Public House, not only is the food great but the staff treat you like family!! When you walk in the door and they great you by name, that means a lot in today's world. The food is delicious and the drinks....well, they always hit the spot. We love sitting in the bar on the weekend for brunch and talking to Mike, he somehow always convinces me that I need one of his delicious chocolate martinis, they are incredible. Grindstone Public House is my favorite restaurant! The food and service are always excellent.
1st time but won't be our last. Service was very good, food was even better and prices were reasonable. Thank you for a good meal!
Family gathering
Great atmosphere which is essential for us. We had been there once before and I didn't remember the wine list being so dull. We struggled to find a wine we liked as they were mediocre. We decided on the Decoy Cab but they were out of it. That left us with nothing much to choose from so we gave a new to us bottle of red a try and it was very cheap tasting. Great experience as always! 5 stars!
This visit was a huge miss. Two of us had their filet sliders combo and let’s just say they were NOT filets. They were so thin it reminded us of a flatten hamburger. If that wasn’t bad enough….it didn’t even cover the slider buns. We discarded most of the bun just to see the filet and so that we don’t eat just bread. 😡 I knew I should have stuck with my Nashville hot chicken sandwich. You really should remove that item from your menu.
The tenderloin is the best I’ve ever had!!
