Responding for my mother, in total our experience with you has been quite good. Angie Lyn has tried to accommodate our requests willingly and generally with great success. Not all caregivers were a match for my mother, but the ones she presently has appear to fit well. Again as requested previously, I think notifying my mother of a switch in caregivers for any given day and time should be made by telephone. Preparing her and her daytime caregiver would help to alleviate any anxiety that can arise when someone “new†arriv... read more

The Caregivers that are with my Mom (Dawn) are the best. My Mom has had no problems at all with their care given to her. Makes me feel comfortable with all of them being there.
