I am Susan, Helen's daughter. Helen had several caregivers A couple were perfect for her. All gave adequate care. One smoked out on her balcony and when reminded that it was a smoke free facility gave what was, according to Helen gave a flippant response Another caregiver was texting/ looking at her phone quite a bit. Overall the experience was very good

Cynthia Owusu is the best caregiver for my mom. We had caregivers in the past but this has to be the best fit for her. She is very respectful and caring and just knows how to handle my mom. Overall experience was good. Office staff friendly and helpful. With the exception of one caregiver they were all good as well. The one who I was not impressed with was because of a lack of knowledge. She tried and wanted to do well just didn’t know how. It’s important to know the needs of the patient/ clients so you send experienced caregivers to meet those needs.
