Everyone is very nice, we love the caregivers. Melanie is very nice and caring and always comes through in the end, but there have been some problems. Communicating about scheduling is a problem. We don't always get calls when schedules change, scheduling dates are sometimes mixed up (even when I e-mail a list of dates needed to Melanie) and I don't always get a response when I leave a message. Have not had any caregivers since week of March 23rd. Communication as to what to expect has been poor. Just not receiving calls from office as to who is scheduled and when. Very poor follow thru with scheduling. The last person assigned has not shown up the past 2 weeks, therefore, not considered dependable.

Waited 5 days for staff to return my niece's text to see if caregiver was available. On day 5, caregiver checked in with my niece to schedule and staff stated sorry...she was out of town. Staff should have referred to another staff member so that I could see my caregiver sooner and have my needs met. I like my caregiver and don't want to switch.
