Sheila Johnson is a rock star - she is a combination of professional, helpful and empathetic. Caregivers have been all over the board - some strong and some pretty weak. The talent pool we saw were not always a good fit for our needs, but I appreciate the efforts.

There were a couple problems. One person was so late, I had to change my plans. Another called out sick at the last minute. Caregivers were generally professional caliber. The women have knowledge about the elderly. They know their job, and they are respectful and personable.
