It's been excellent. the Caregiver is awesome, and the folks we talk to whenever an issue arises have been great. Only small issue, which I think (hope) we've worked through is how to handle when a night time caregiver doesn't show up. Not having someone there is not an option so when this happens, it's a major issue, only happened a couple of times. Fact that office closed and night call person off at 10:00 makes it difficult to manage if / when it happens.
