The first caregiver was not a good match for my Mom. I wish Griswold would have let us, as my Mom's family, interview people before the final placement was made. To me, care should be a triangle, family, staff and the individual receiving services. We could possibly have gotten the right person to meet her needs sooner. Princess (the second caregiver) and my Mom got along so very well.

Two issues: 1. Your fee of $40/hr is on the very high end of the range. 2. There were 2 occasions when I texted the caregiver for help, and she did not respond. In one case, she later told me she was in the kitchen talking with my housekeeper.

Our rates are generally based on the rural areas that we service which means that most of our caregivers are driving a distance. To recognize their willingness to accept these shifts, we pay their travel expenses. Thank you again and we hope that you will give us another try.

This is an inadequate survey. We had several caregivers, only one of whom was excellent. That was Deyja. This survey asks you to rate as though we only had one, and I gave a high score because I want Deyja to get the credit due her. But if you asked me to rate all caregivers, I would have rated much lower. The night shift caregivers were terrible. I was very disappointed that when we signed up there seemed too be problems, however, when it came to supplying caregivers you couldn't provide all we needed.

Caregiver left 2 hours early today & therefore I was alone for 3 hours instead of just 1. I have a hard time communicating with her I don’t think she understands English very well and I have a very difficult time understanding her

Didn't have coverage til last minute. Meet and greet never occurred as promised. Caregiver smelled of alcohol. 🤯

We are disappointed with the difficulty we have experienced getting consistent coverage and care. Many shifts have gone unstaffed and the quality of care varied greatly. I think Kayla (the scheduler) has done what she could, but the results have been disappointing. Only one caregiver was awful, but another was unprepared for our situation.
