So so is my general feeling. The office staff are friendly but do not communicate very well with the staff. Given the expense of this agency, I doubt I would recommend this company. A disappointed customer.

It was ok in the beginning , but towards the end it was horrible. The last caregiver Griswold gave me stole from house, unplugged phone in the house so I could not talk to my mother and basically ignored my instructions for my mother and ignored her when she was calling for her. I would never recomend this agency, When I told staffers about this they suggested we leave and so I did with my recommendations too. I have had 2 aides from Griswold for over a year and they are excellent as are Sheila, Scott and Dan. I also use another agency as a backup and they can always provide an aide when another one is unable to be here, even on one day's notice One of my aides notified Griswold about 1 month before he would be out but Griswold was unable to fill his time slot. A woman by the name of Michele who asserted that she was Dan's boss had heard that I sometimes rely on friends or neighbors for help. She recommended that I do that. I... read more

After months of not timely receiving bills and several conversations assuring me that the problem has been corrected, I now haven't received a bill for 3 weeks. When they arrive late, I get bills marked 'Past Due'. The caregiver, Kebie, is great - the office, not so much . . . .

We love the care giver, Oretha Cooper. She cares so much and has been wonderful for my Dad. My one and only issue with Grisswold is with the over night aides. Sometimes they don't show up. Their start time is 10:00 PM and that is the time that Grissowld's office phone coverage stops. So, when my parents or the day time caregiver realizes that the night time aide hasn't shown up, it's too late to do anything about it. it's my one issue, but it's a major one. the only reason i'm looking at competitive options.
