our experiences with Griswald have been very satisfying and helpful. their care givers are very skilled and professional in their demeanor. when i have questions, i can call the manager who is akways able to find agreeable solutions.

Alice has been great with my Mom. She has done lots of little things to help her that have made Mom happy and less stressed. Also she's a great companion. I was disappointed to learn that she has not had flu vaccination, though she is willing to wear a mask. Mom is almost 99 and flu could be very harmful.

I have used 4 other home care companies and have found that Griswold is definitely than all of those. We found the Best person in Lynne. She was so loving towards my husband and did her best to keep him comfortable. She actually became another member of our family. She took her time with him, was very compassionate and seemed to really love her work. Whenever she needed to have time off, which was not often, the office always found us a replacement. I would highly recommend them.

The company has provided fantastic service from the beginning. Julie responded quickly to do our assessment, so we can start care asap with our ongoing caregivers. Tracy and Siseen is still with us almost 2 yrs later and always able to accommodate our sometime changing schedules. They have provided excellent care for my aunt.
