The 19-days of LOA I was allowed was absolutely vital, priceless to be with my dying wife of 40 years to the very end who required my constant 24/7 care, attention, and loving support. Can't emphasize enough how vital this LOA was. I simply cannot be more grateful and how appreciative I remain to you, Harrah's supervisory and coworkers' support all were to me throughout this time in my life. Caregivers treated our mother in a caring and wonderful way. The only thing I’d say is since patients sleep most of the time maybe they could find other things useful things to do while they are sleeping. My mom loved her caregivers but would mention this.

My husband had several caregivers. They were very good except one who came as a fill in because regular caregivers could not come.
