Most of the encounters were pleasant and helpful. It took 3 tries to get an appropriate home health aide but the third one was the charm! When I had concerns, I went into the office. They did listen to my concerns and acted promptly.

There aren’t enough stars to recommend Griswold. My mom was discharged on a Friday late afternoon from the hospital and I needed a Homecare aid to help her for a week starting that Monday after discharge. Other agencies required a minimum one month contract and couldn’t start right away My mom was visiting us in Ocean City ,NJ for the summer from another state.
