We have had a positive experience for the most part. Our first caregiver had developed a great rapport with our loved one, but has been on a medical leave for almost a month now. It’s been difficult to find a replacement for the hours we need. We will be meeting the 3rd caregiver tomorrow, the second in the last 2 weeks, but who still can only take 4 of the 6 hours per week we originally planned for. Had 4 caregivers. Martin great Marcy very good other gentleman very good and 1st woman not very good. Noah in office very good thorough, and it was very easy to schedule.
