Most of caregivers were good. Got very lucky with our live in aide. The challenge is the office -so much turnover of staff and poor communication

This is a tough question as my Dad had Griswold for almost 8 years so he had many aides over those years. A couple were very good; a couple very bad; one or two I thought my Dad was watching them. One passed out from alcohol and the police had to come through the window. I would recommend Griswold with reservations. The price was competitive but Cooking skills were always an issue. Cleaning by most was very "light" It's a tough job and my Dad wasn't the easiest but I wouldn't tell anyone NOT to use Griswold
