totally frustrated trying to leave a message regarding a cancellation. no answering service; no recording to leave a message. need to cancel an appointment Sunday for John Pantalone with Tim Kincaide. Unfair for him to make a trip when you told me to cancel if not needed. How is that possible when there is no place to leave a message.
