My experience with all the staff at Griswold and the care givers has been excellent. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs and the hours required. The caregivers are patient, very well trained to handle any situation and are truly caring, reliable people. They work together until they have the right fit all the way around!

We have had a very negative experience with your company. The caregivers that you have sent out have been less than acceptable except for one. Some examples are showing up late and having to leave early, another one just sat on the sofa for the whole time. Another said she cannot lift or help my mom get out of bed which is a big part of why we needed someone.
