When things are going smoothly, they are fine. However on almost every occasion, several times in a row now, in which a substitute care giver was required, there has been chaos and stress. (For example, caregiver sent to wrong address three times now.) We call in advance to try and be sure, but it has not worked. Your internal communication and coordination system seems lacking.
