So far so good. I am getting the assistance that I wanted and at the moment am very satisfied. The caregivers have been very responsive to my husbands needs and sometimes wants.

Great experience. A little hard to understand the caregivers and it we were not able to contact them directly. However, the office was available and handled the calls. It just seemed like a lot of extra calling. Otherwise the caretakes and staff were excellent, especially dealing with difficult people like my mother.

I appreciate your business and all that you did to help me during my surgery recovery. The office staff is lovely and very professional. I really liked most of my caregivers. I had the same caregiver for approximately 5 weeks and she moved away. After that I had multiple single caregivers. Possibly because the shift I requested was late in the day. That got to be difficult in my recovery process to have a new person each week. One of my caregivers heated her dinner in my microwave without even asking me. I found this unaccep... read more
