While I am a relatively new client, I've been very favorably impressed by the professionalism of everyone that I have encountered on the staff. The caretaker assigned to my wife is wonderful. She is dedicated, attentive to the needs of my wife, and eager to help in any way possible. She has even given me some hints and tips on how I can improve the care that I'm able to give my wife. She certainly personifies the Griswold slogan of "Home Care delivered with Heart" and we are very fortunate to have her assigned to us.

Everyone at Griswold, from the first person I spoke with, to the caregiver who was with us at the end, were truly the best. The assessment visit was reassuring and we were fortunate to see on the spot how well they coordinate with the hospice care folks. All of the team were professional and empathetic, capable and caring. The length of service was briefer than we had anticipated, but we still received full-on service from beginning to end. We are deeply grateful.
